Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.
- Conduct motion and time studies, line balancing, and workflow optimization initiatives.
- Design and optimize plant layouts, material flow, and production routing processes.
- Support continuous improvement projects following Lean Manufacturing and global manufacturing standards.
- Drive cost reduction, waste elimination, and operational excellence activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production performance and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field.
- Experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or production improvement activities.
- Knowledge of Motion & Time Study, process improvement, and productivity enhancement techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD.
- Experience with SAP and work center creation is an advantage.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to work on-site at MAHLE Siam Filter Systems Co., Ltd. – Kingkaew 33, Samut Prakan.
