Production Improvement Supervisor - บริษัท ซูมิริโกะ อีสเทิร์น รับเบอร์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

1. Improvement of new project and 5S according to KPI company
2. Supervise to continuous improvement and reduce time/cost for production productivity according to production target Lead to creating and analysis of improvement plan production line process, Re-layout proces
3. Supervise create Kaizen system, TPS system, Monozukuri system project leader for improvement
4. Design Tooling/pokayoke/ equipment/Jig and drawing for support production
5. Preparation data, production tooling and follow up supplier and audit process before mass production or improvement project
6. Responsible of NG from production analyze and countermeasure
7. Capacity production review with machine cycle time analyzes and make pan, lay out for preparation of all equipment for project line improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineer (Industrial engineering or any concern of automotive process)
• Experience 5 years up in Engineer (Design process, Improvement process, TPS Improvement, Production)
• Have at least 2–3 years of experience in designing and implementing mechanisms to reduce difficult or labor-intensive tasks using SIO & KARAKURI systems and low-cost automation equipment.
• Knowledge of production management, process design improvement in automotive production system
• Strong knowledge of Tooling, Jig and design process , Design drawing by Solid work, Auto Cad program
• Have experience in Automotive manufacturing will be advantage or have skill training in IATF16949, Automotive core tool
• Good in English language
