Technical Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / Dynamics AX - บริษัท อิคลิปส์ คอมพิวติ้ง (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

• Implement, configure, maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and Dynamics AX environments

• Support Development, UAT and Production environments

• Perform technical deployment, environment setup and production troubleshooting

• Support Dynamics 365 F&O / AX technical components, including AOS, SQL Server, SSRS, service accounts and related infrastructure

• Work with Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) and D365 environment management

• Coordinate with Functional Consultants, Developers, Project Managers and customers' IT teams

• Investigate technical incidents and provide solutions, workarounds and technical recommendations

• Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures and environment information

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and/or Dynamics AX 2012

• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Windows Server and Dynamics environment administration

• Experience in deployment, troubleshooting and production support

• Good understanding of infrastructure, authentication, certificates and networking fundamentals

• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

• Able to work independently and communicate with customers' IT teams

• Self-motivated, ability to work independently as well as being a good team player.
