Responsibilities
- เก็บข้อมูลความต้องการของลูกค้า
- ให้คำปรึกษา คำแนะนำด้านเทคนิคของสินค้าและและระบบอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงตอบคำถาม หรือข้อสงสัยต่างๆ ทางด้านเทคนิคของสินค้า
- สรุป และ อนุมัติ BOM
- นำเสนอข้อมูลทางด้านเทคนิคของสินค้า
- Complies Spec ใน TOR/RFP ตามกฎระเบียบของบริษัทฯ
- ออกแบบโซลูชั่นตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า
- ร่างและให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับการวาง TOR/RFP
- ทำ POC ตำมที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- การสอบ Certification ให้ได้ตามที่ Vendor กำหนด
- ทดลองและสาธิตสินค้า
- ฝึกอบรมในด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจในสินค้าด้านเทคนิคในระดับ Basic to advanced
- ศึกษาค้นคว้าหาข้อมูล ความรู้ และเทคนิคต่างๆ ของสินค้าใหม่
- ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
Qualifications
- การศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า, วิศวกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือ วิศวกรรมกำลังไฟฟ้า
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Pre-Sales, Technical Sales หรือ Application Engineer อย่างน้อย 2–3 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับระบบ UPS
- มีประสบการณ์จัดทำเอกสารเสนอราคา (BOQ), TOR และเอกสารทางเทคนิค
- เคยทำงานกับโครงการ Data Center, โรงงานอุตสาหกรรม หรืออาคารสำนักงาน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะในการคำนวณชนาด UPS (UPS Sizing), การคำนวณแบตเตอรี่สำรอง, ระบบไฟฟ้า 1 เฟส และ 3 เฟส, Power Factor, การอ่านไฟฟ้า และ Single Lind Diagram (SLD)
- ใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้ดี
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ พูด ฟัง อ่าน เขียน ในระดับพอสมควร
