Responsibilities
• Production Scheduling: Create, monitor, and adjust daily/weekly/monthly Master
Production Schedules to ensure 100% on-time delivery to customers.
• Material Planning: Run Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure raw
materials and components are available for production without overstocking.
• Capacity Analysis: Analyze factory capacity constraints (manpower and machine) and
propose solutions.
• Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly status reports regarding production progress,
backlog, and potential risks.
• Data Integrity: Maintain accurate data in the ERP system regarding BOMs (Bill of
Materials), routing, and lead times.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a
related field.
• Experience: [3-5] years of experience in production planning or control within a
manufacturing environment (experience in metalworking or pipe fitting industries is
a plus).
• Technical Skills:
o Strong proficiency in ERP system.
o Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) are required.
o Knowledge of AutoCAD or ability to read engineering drawings is preferred.
• Soft Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
o Excellent communication skills to coordinate between office and factory floor
staff.
• Language: ability to communicate in English is a plus.
