Job description:
- Supports the Factory Manager in overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and cost objectives are achieved.
- Coordinates production, maintenance, quality, warehouse, and personnel activities to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and controlling daily production schedules.
- Ensure production output meets quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) targets.
- Monitor machine utilization, production efficiency, and downtime.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Purchasing departments.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Analyze production performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Support preventive maintenance planning to minimize equipment breakdown.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental policies, and company procedures.
- Supervise production supervisors and operators.
- Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and work-in-process.
- Assist in annual budgeting and cost reduction programs.
- Support ISO quality management systems and customer audits.
- Train and develop production staff.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Factory Manager.

Job Requirements:
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.
- 5–8 years of manufacturing experience.
- At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or assistant management position.
