1. Analyze, develop, and improve production processes to increase efficiency. Reduce costs and reduce production losses.
2. Control and monitor the production process to comply with the company's quality, safety and requirements standards.
3. Analyze problems in the production process Root Cause Analysis and Determine Solutions and Prevent Problems
4. Develop and improve the manufacturing process of stainless-steel workpieces, such as cutting, bending, forming, welding, turning, polishing, and assembly.
5. Time Study, Analyze Production Capacity, and Increase the Efficiency of Machinery, Raw Materials, and Labor
6. Analyze quality issues together with QA/QC department to reduce waste, rework, and product defects.
7. Prepare and update Process Flow, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Work Instruction (WI) and Production Process Standards
8. Coordinate with QA/QC production department, maintenance production planning and related agencies to solve problems and improve the production process.
9. Support the experimentation of new production processes. Improvement of machinery, equipment, and production layout
10. Carry out continuous improvement activities such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and 5S.
11. Prepare a report Track improvements and present performance data. Quality and production costs per supervisor.

1. Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
2. At least 2 years of experience in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Process Improvement.
3. If you have experience in stainless steel industry, metalworking. Welding or industrial parts manufacturing will be given special consideration.
4. Knowledge of production process analysis Optimization Cost Reduction and Quality Control
5. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Root Cause Analysis and Time Study
6. Good use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
7. If AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or ERP systems can be used, it will be preferred.
8. Have analytical thinking skills Fix the problem Communication and coordination between departments
9. Able to operate in the factory area and work with the production team and quality department.
10. Ability to communicate in English will be preferred.
