• Responsible for construction project planning.
• Update construction report to supervisor.
• Control construction work is done according to plan.
• Control budget following plan.
• Analysis cost and good forecasting of budget control in order to support other sections.
• Develop and improve the construction process and good quality checking.
• Other related tasks as assigned. 

• Male or Female, aged 25–35 years.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Holds a valid Professional Engineering License (Associate Engineer level or above).
• Able to read, analyze, and review architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings accurately.
• Knowledge of quantity take-off, material estimation, and construction quantity calculations.
• Good understanding of engineering standards, building control regulations, and construction-related codes and requirements.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and BIM software such as Revit or Navisworks.
• Able to supervise and control construction work to ensure compliance with the project schedule.
• Knowledge of construction quality control and quality assurance (QC/QA), as well as workplace safety management.
• Able to review and coordinate Shop Drawings and As-built Drawings with the design team and subcontractors.
