Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users (Help Desk / End-user Support) for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, peripherals, Windows OS, and related applications.
- Set up, monitor, and maintain network systems including LAN/WAN, Internet, Wi-Fi, and network devices.
- Support and maintain server hardware and basic IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, and user access permissions.
- Resolve issues related to email systems, communication tools, and internal applications.
- Coordinate with external vendors or service providers for advanced technical support and system maintenance.
- Maintain IT documentation such as asset records, user guides, and troubleshooting reports.
- Ensure IT security practices and compliance with company policies.
- Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Thai Nationality, Male, Age 24-30 years.
- At least 1-2 years experiences in infrastructure, end-user service and help desk technical support.
- At least experience Hardware and Software Installation and Troubleshooting.
- Bachelor Degree in information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
- Server hardware and Networking experiences are required.
- Good command in English both on speaking and writing.
- Installing, configuring Troubleshooting computer Hardware, Software, Windows Server. Network Communication and Windows OS.
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and Problem solving abilities.
