- Plan, coordinate, and control construction activities

- Monitor construction progress and prepare accurate progress reports

- Control construction costs and budget performance

- Analyze construction productivity, cost trends, and schedule impact

- Provide technical support and problem-solving during project execution

- Ensure construction quality control

- Develop and improve construction methods and processes

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

  (Clients, Consultants, and Subcontractors)

- Guide and support junior engineers and site staff

- Perform other duties as assigned related to project execution

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction-related fields

- 5–8 years of experience in construction projects

- Age range: 30–35 years

- Professional License: Civil Engineer Level 1 or Level 2

- Language: English proficiency with TOEIC score of 600 or above

- Software / Programs: AutoCAD, SketchUp, BIM, Revit

- Strong coordination and communication skills

- Ability to manage, guide, and monitor project teams
