Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor projects according to the plan
- Coordinate with relevant departments, including the APQP Team
- Install and conduct trials for new machinery
- Analyze machine capability and quality control
- Initial Test Operation (ITO) Checklist
- POKAYOKE Inspection Checklist
- Prepare and control documents according to IATF standards (Process Flow Chart, PFMEA, Process Drawing, Control Plan)
- List of jigs and spare parts
- Trial Operation Implementation Report (TTO Implementation Report)
- Process improvement and efficiency enhancement
- Prepare new machinery to replace existing ones
- Work performance report and problem-solving approach (if any)
Qualifications
- Age 23 - 26 Years
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering
- Minimum GPA of 2.5
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing, automation, or project engineering
- Problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Time management and multitasking ability
