Responsibilities
- Manage and perform machine maintenance, modification, and overhaul activities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
- Oversee spare parts inventory and ensure timely availability for maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with IATF16949, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies to prevent equipment failures.
- Analyze machine issues and execute corrective and preventive actions to address root causes.
- Lead digitalization initiatives for maintenance processes, including repair requests, maintenance records, and data management.
- Support equipment upgrades and modernization, including software/program adjustments for obsolete components.
- Provide technical support and coordinate with machine manufacturers for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Prepare and manage technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
Qualifications
- Age 23 - 26 Years
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field.
- Minimum GPA of 2.5
- Proficiency in CNC and PLC programming.
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, PLC Software, and GX Works.
- Knowledge of IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001 standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills
