• Credential testing before Discovery activity
• Data Discovery Running with System Owner
• ServiceNow-CMDB Platform Configuration support
• ServiceNow-CMDB Platform Operation support

• Manage Data Quality in AIS-ServiceNow CMDB, maintain discoverable data, contact system owners to confirm and correct data accuracy of discoverable data
• Update and maintain non-discoverable data in AIS-ServiceNow CMDB, contact system owners to confirm and ask owner to add non-discoverable data
• Contact system owners for data discovery clarification and data updating (Windows, Linux, Solaris servers)

• University degree in the field of computer science, information systems, or software engineering
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Servicenow-CMDB Data Operation and CMDB platform configuration
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technical systems analysis, business process modeling, and software design.
• Possesses knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP networking principles, including IP addressing, subnetting, routing, and network communication protocols.
• Capable of analyzing, troubleshooting, and supporting network connectivity issues within enterprise IT environments.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Credential Management processes.
• Major skill: Java Script, Shell Script, Unix, Linux

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage and perform impact analysis effectively.
