Responsibilities
- Provide consultation, design, and implementation of IT infrastructure solutions
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure-related issues
- Support and advise on cybersecurity and IT governance practices
- Assess system risks and recommend security improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure system reliability and security
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in IT infrastructure design, development, or analysis
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles
- Experience in designing and implementing IT infrastructure solutions
- Hands-on experience in configuring network devices (Router, Firewall, Switch, Access Point)
- Experience in server setup and configuration (Windows OS and other operating systems)
