Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting and financial operations.
- Establish financial policies and develop strategic plans for accounting and finance functions.
- Manage and continuously develop personnel within the finance department.
- Define and review processes for auditing, reviewing, and verifying financial and accounting data.
- Manage financial risks and plan comprehensive financial management strategies.
- Design and implement robust internal control systems.
- Ensure full alignment with the parent company’s policies and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a mid-level management role.
- Thai national willing to be based permanently in Ho Chi Minh City, or Vietnamese national with proficiency in Thai communication.
- Proficiency in English with a TOEIC score of 550 or above.
- Ability to communicate in Vietnamese is an advantage.
