Meritton British International School is seeking a creative and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Officer to support the school’s digital marketing activities, strengthen online presence, and engage prospective families through effective digital campaigns and content. The successful candidate will possess strong digital marketing skills, creativity, attention to detail, and good communication skills.

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, website content, and online advertising platforms.
• Manage and optimise the school’s website and social media channels to improve engagement and user experience.
• Create engaging digital content including social media posts, blogs, videos, photography, and promotional materials.
• Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with different teams to promote school programmes, events, and activities.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, SEO, digital advertising, and content marketing.
• Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and basic graphic/video editing tools.
• Experience using website management and analytics tools.
• Strong organisational, analytical, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience in the education sector or international school environment is an advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
