Responsibilities
- กำกับดูแลการออกใบแจ้งหนี้ (Invoice) บันทึกรายการขายสินค้าและรายได้อื่นให้ถูกต้องตามงวดบัญชี
- ควบคุมการออกใบเสร็จรับเงิน และบันทึกการรับชำระเงินจากทุกช่องทางให้ครบถ้วน
- จัดทำรายงานภาษีขาย และดำเนินการกระทบยอดเงินฝากธนาคาร (Bank Reconciliation)
- จัดทำรายงานวิเคราะห์อายุลูกหนี้ คำนวณประมาณการค่าเผื่อหนี้สงสัยจะสูญ พร้อมบันทึกบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- บันทึกและจัดทำรายงานสรุปการเบิกใช้สินค้าตัวอย่าง (Sample Stock)
- จัดทำรายละเอียดประกอบงบการเงิน และจัดเตรียมเอกสารรองรับการตรวจสอบจากผู้สอบบัญชี
- ปฏิบัติงานด้านบัญชีอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา: ปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี
- ยินดีรับพิจารณาทั้งผู้มีประสบการณ์ในงานบัญชีลูกหนี้ (AR) 3 ปีขึ้นไป หรือนักศึกษาจบใหม่ที่มีความกระตือรือร้นในการเรียนรู้ (มีคนสอนงาน)
- หากมีประสบการณ์หรือความเข้าใจระบบรับชำระเงินผ่าน Platform Online จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- เชี่ยวชาญการใช้ Microsoft Excel (สูตรคำนวณและสรุปข้อมูล)
- หากมีความชำนาญในระบบ ERP หรือ NetSuite จะได้รับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบสูง มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและเจรจาต่อรอง
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ แก้ไขปัญหาอย่างเป็นระบบ และบริหารจัดการเวลาได้ดี
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นภายใต้ระบบ Teamwork ได้
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานตามสัญญาจ้างระยะเวลา 6 เดือนได้
