Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the parent company in Japan regarding production plans and machinery parts required for the manufacturing process.
- Serve as the key coordinator between the parent company, Japanese management, and internal departments, including Production, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, Engineering,
- Monitor progress and coordinate the resolution of issues related to Production, Quality Assurance, and Purchasing.
- Follow up on the shipment of production parts, options, operation manuals, engineering drawings, and other technical support documents from Japan.
- Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of part lists, manuals, engineering drawings, specifications, and related documents before they are released for production use.
- Monitor the delivery schedules of parts and raw materials to ensure alignment with production plans and minimize the risk of shortages or delivery delays.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and support the resolution of issues related to product quality, production operations, and delivery.
- Prepare reports, summarize operational updates, and provide progress reports to management and the parent company in Japan.
- Attend meetings related to production, quality, and delivery, and follow up on action plans to ensure timely completion.
Qualifications
- Male, Japanese Nationality.
- Aged between 40 and 50 years old, with at least 10 years of management experience.
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry, preferably in machinery manufacturing, machinery parts, industrial equipment, or a related field.
- Proven management or coordination experience in Production, Production Planning, Purchasing, Quality Assurance, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and the preparation of parts and materials for production.
- Basic technical knowledge of machinery and machinery components, with the ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Good knowledge and understanding of purchasing, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Good command of Japanese, Thai, and English, with the ability to communicate effectively and participate in business meetings.
