Responsibilities
- Analyze monthly Profit & Loss performance, monitoring revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and overall profitability.
- Prepare comprehensive management reports and financial presentations.
- Support management decision-making with data-driven financial analysis.
- Perform financial modeling and business case evaluations.
- Analyze manufacturing costs and product profitability.
- Monitor standard versus actual costs and conduct variance analysis for material, labor, and overhead.
- Support inventory valuation and cost closing activities.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts, then monitor actual performance against these budgets.
- Prepare and maintain SAP CO controlling reports, and generate and analyze COPA profitability reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Cost Accounting, Cost Control, FP&A, or Manufacturing Finance
- Strong understanding of Profit & Loss Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost Analysis, Variance Analysis, Financial Reporting, and Risk Analysis
- Experience with COPA
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel
- Good English communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with regional and global stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinking, a business-oriented mindset, and problem-solving capabilities
- High attention to detail
