Responsibilities
- Manage and expand the customer base in the Central region, focusing on laminate and flooring products
- Present products and solutions to target customer groups such as real estate projects, architects, and contractors
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, offering professional product advice
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals to achieve assigned targets
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and track the sales process from start to finish
- Report sales performance and analyze market data for strategic planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
- 3-5 years of direct sales experience in laminate, vinyl flooring, or engineered wood products
- Strong knowledge and understanding of building materials, especially flooring products
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain sustainable customer relationships
- Willingness to travel to meet clients within the Central region
- Possess a personal car and a valid driver's license
