Field Service Engineer - บริษัท ฟรีเจล เอเชีย แปซิฟิก จำกัด

• Provide comprehensive after-sales support to customers regarding equipment failures via phone, email, and on-site visits.  
• Direct and coordinate all activities at the customer site for Installation Startup and Training (IST).  
• Manage customer warranty claims and process spare parts requests.  
• Analyze technical problems and discuss effective solutions with your manager.  
• Prepare detailed customer visit reports and accurately record all issues in the company database.  

• Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in technical specialism (Mechanical/ Mechatronic/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering etc.).
• At least 3 years of hands-on working experience in filed service engineer for installation/ startup/troubleshooting/ maintaining and repair of industrial machines.
• Having experience in Refrigeration, cooling systems, or HVAC will be an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical fundamentals and a good understanding of electrical systems.  
• Ability to read and understand P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram) and electrical drawings.  
• English language proficiency.  
• Strong technical knowledge with the physical ability to perform field work.  
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.  
• Able to travel domestically and overseas (SEA).
