Responsibilities
Main scope: Delivery & Logistics Performance Management
- Study & understand TB Delivery & logistics management
- New model ordering, delivery document preparation & packaging approval management
- Production forecast confirmation, Ensure enough production capacity of assigned company thru annual/monthly & follow up countermeasure. Also negotiate with customer to prevent shortage and extra cost.
- Find new tools to reduce error and improve work efficiency
- Logistics KPI improvement with each production base.
- Delivery Shopfloor Management Evaluation support
- Support runout activity with team
- Supplier communication and improvement activity
- Support department activity and perform other tasks as assigned by superior
- Skill improvement thru skill map and self-study
- Follow TB Guiding Principles, Utilize TB-Way in daily work, and following company rule
Qualifications
- Male & Female, Age not over 27 years
- Bachelor degree in related field. Industrial Engineering, logistics management would be advantage
- Experience at least 0-4 years.
- Experience in "Delivery & Logistics, packaging management, capacity & production planning" would be advantage
- Good English skill (TOEIC score 500 or higher). Japanese language skill would be advantage.
- Good computer skill as MS office. Especially Excel.
- Power BI, Power Auto Desktop, Power Automate, Power Apps, Basic/Advance Python or other tools for develop
- automation & Dashboard would be advantage.
- Good calculation, Analysis and Assessment skill
- Eager to learn/fast learner, Positive thinking, Open-mind
- Communication Skill both Thai and English. Japanese language would be advantage.
