Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Establish action plan for improve product quality
• Support new program development process, Product inspection and Customer approval.
• Support operation group for smooth operation.
• Planning for development potential of subordinate.
• Drive and Support team for strengthen problem resolution in case of quality problem issue.
• Analysis cause of problem to operation and follow up to improvement and preventive action.
• Other task might be assigned.
Qualifications
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-35 years
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering field
• Have experience at least 4 years about QA, QC in Automotive
• Have management experience at least 2 years in Automotive (Have subordinate)
• Have working experience about PDCA
• Good level of English
