Responsibilities
• Develop, design, and plan projects aimed at enhancing supplier capabilities to meet or exceed customer requirements.
• Prepare and present annual activity and performance reports to executives of each Customer Corporation Club as assigned.
• Coordinate with customers, factories, and suppliers within each Customer Corporation Club.
• Coordinate and manage schedules for DENSO top management for activities related to each Customer Corporation Club.
• Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with the planned timeline.
• Report monthly performance results to customers, suppliers, and DENSO top management.
• Lead and control assigned projects to ensure successful execution.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR(Public Relations), HRD, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt well to different people
• Able to handle multiple tasks and perform effectively in a multi‑skill role
• Creative mindset with strong teamwork capability
• Project planning and analytical problem‑solving skills
• Demonstrates leadership and ownership
• Able to drive and work effectively off‑site
• Able to work well under pressure
• Proficient in PowerPoint and MS Office
• Knowledge of Lean/Kaizen or prior coordination with production teams will be an advantage
• Good English skills,Has own car,Can work upcountry
