Responsibilities
- Drive TPS (TIE)-based improvement activities with production leaders to enhance efficiency.
- Plan and execute monthly action plans aligned with the annual TIE and product roadmap.
- Coordinate and coach TIE concepts across leaders and operators to strengthen efficiency and TPS understanding.
- Design and develop production system tools to support stable and efficient manufacturing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field of Engineering with GPA>2.30
- Male or Female, age between 21-26 years old
- 1-3 Yrs experience in TPS, Production system.
- Have skill in Microsoft 365
- Strong critical and logical thinking
- Communication and presentation skill.
- Can work under pressure and time constraint.
- Minimum TOEIC score 450 points
