Responsibilities
- Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving activities
- Resolve team issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Lead and supervise team members on daily tasks and operations
- Monitor team performance (KPIs) and prepare basic reports
- Has leadership in leading a team to solve problems and can coaching the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field of Engineering with GPA>2.30
- Male or Female, age between 21-25 years old
- 1-3 Yrs experience in Production
- Have skill in Microsoft 365
- Strong critical and logical thinking
- Communication and presentation skill.
- Can work under pressure and time constraint.
- Minimum TOEIC score 450 points
