Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes toachieve high quality, productivity, and cost efficiency​

Analyze production issues and perform root cause analysis(e.g., 5 Why, FTA) to implement effective countermeasures​

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, Production,Maintenance) to ensure smooth production operations​

Support new model introduction (NPI) and process setup tomeet customer requirements​

Implement Kaizen / Lean manufacturing to improve efficiencyand reduce waste​

Responsibility following the IATF16949/ISO14001&45001.​

Bachelor's degree in any field of Engineering ​

Male or Female, age between 20-24 years old​

0-2 Yrs experience in Engineering Field , We welcome new graduates and new employees to grow and learn with us​

Have skill in Microsoft office ​

Positive mindset with logical thinking.​

Communicates effectively and collaborates well with others.​

Can work under pressure and time constraint. ​

Possible to working OT and some holiday​

Minimum TOEIC score 450 points​
