Position: Production (Team leader or Staff) ​ - กลุ่มบริษัทเด็นโซ่ประเทศไทย

• Control and Analyze daily production problems and identify the root causeusing actual process data ​

• Monitor and control production conditions to maintain Safety, Quality,Delivery, Cost and Productivity​

• Improve work methods, cycle time, manpower utilization and productionefficiency through kaizen​

• Create, assign and follow up action plans until problems are solved and resultsare sustained​

• Use dashboards, digital tools, automation, AI and IoT to detect abnormalitiesand control actions faster​

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering teams foreffective countermeasures​

• Update work standards and share successful improvements with operators andteam​

• Support department KPIs and develop practical new ideas for shop-floorimprovement​

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field with GPA>2.5​

• New graduates are welcome; production experience is an advantage (1-3Y)​

• Male or Female, age between 21-25 years old​

• Strong analytical, critical and logical thinking skills​

• Able to use Microsoft 365 and basic data analysis tools​

• Interested in digital technology, automation, AI or IoT​

• Good communication, teamwork and presentation skills​

• Willing to learn and work closely with shop-floor teams​

• Able to work under pressure and follow production schedules​

• Able to work overtime or on holidays when required​

• Basic English communication skills Minimum TOEIC score 450 points​
