International Finance Officer - บริษัท วิทย์คอร์ป โปรดักส์ จำกัด

We are looking for a detail-oriented International Finance Officer with experience in trading business operations to support our finance activities. The role focuses on managing financial transactions related to import-export trading, coordinating with banks, and ensuring accuracy in trade finance documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle financial processes related to international trading (import/export transactions)
• Coordinate with banks on trade finance instruments such as Letter of Credit (L/C), Documentary Collection (D/P, D/A), and Bank Guarantees
• Monitor and track shipping and trade documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, etc.)
• Follow up on international payments via SWIFT transfers and ensure timely settlements
• Verify and reconcile bank charges, interest, FX transactions, and trade-related financial entries
• Prepare and maintain foreign exchange (FX) reports, including daily rates and exposure tracking
• Support mark-to-market (MTM) and outstanding trade transaction reports
• Work closely with Trading, Procurement, Logistics, and Accounting teams to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and international trade regulations
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all trading transactions

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, International Business, or related fields
2. 1–3 years of experience in international finance, trade finance, or trading business
3. Knowledge of trade finance instruments (L/C, D/P, D/A, FX)
4. Understanding of import-export processes and documentation
5. Good coordination and communication skills
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (SAP is a plus)
7. Good command of English would be an advantage.
