Responsibilities
- Study and understand the Ari Brand, products, market trends, consumer segments, business competition, football seasons, and sports insights to lead the marketing strategy, driving brand awareness and growth in alignment with business goals.
- Work closely with the VP/Brand Manager, Designers, Product Development, and Marketing teams to lead (online and offline) marketing projects for promotions and product launches.
- Lead the brand's visual direction (mood, tone, and brand CI) to develop concepts for new product features, including creating campaigns and activations.
- Brainstorm and collaborate with Content Creator and Production teams to produce creative content across all channels, and report results to improve future production quality.
- Stay updated on football seasons, sports trends, sports brands and products to develop marketing strategies aligned with Ari’s brand direction.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience as an Art Director, Creative, or Content Creator in any field. Experience in creative marketing and managing production teams within the sports retail business or sports products will be considered favorably.
- Strong understanding of football culture, sports insights, sports garments, and equipment to apply creativity to content and marketing projects aligned with the brand direction.
- Demonstrated creative thinking, strong leadership, teamwork, project management, problem-solving, negotiation skills, and able to perform well under pressure.
- A strong passion for football or sports is a plus
