Responsibilities
- Support daily administrative activities for the Commercial Tire Development (CTD) team
- Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth project operations
- Manage and organize records and documents related to tire development
- Operate tire simulation models and analyses using the Vulcan simulation program
- Prepare documentation and coordinate domestic and international shipments for tire-related activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in administrative, coordination, logistics, or engineering support roles
- Good command of English for daily communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Experience in R&D, engineering, automotive, or tire-related industries is a plus.
