Responsibilities
- 1. Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview arrangements
- Facilitate offer negotiation and closing process
2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline- Actively source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs
- Ensure quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
3. Stakeholder Management- Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and regional teams
- Provide recruitment updates and hiring progress reports to HR Manager / HR Director
- Advise hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies
4. Recruitment Operations- Maintain recruitment data accuracy in ATS or internal tracking systems
- Ensure recruitment process complies with company policy and internal approval workflow
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in overall HR functions.
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), both spoken and written. English proficiency is a plus.
- Solid understanding of Thai labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling confidential information.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Welcome FRESH GRADUATE candidate with at least HSK5.
