Responsibilities
1. Local logistics supplier management
- Manage and evaluate existing logistics partners (tail-end delivery, trunk transportation, etc.) to ensure delivery timeliness and service quality.
- Coordinate local pickup, warehousing, sorting, and delivery in Thailand.
- Regularly review costs and KPIs with logistics suppliers, optimize transportation plans, and control logistics costs.
2. Local Warehouse Management
- Responsible for daily warehouse operations, including goods entry and exit, storage, inventory, and location optimization.
- Connect with sales and after-sales teams to ensure timely and accurate picking, packaging, and shipping of e-commerce orders.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, submit inventory reports regularly, handle defective products and returns.
3. Other support for local operation
- Assist in handling some local procurement, work material management and other administrative affairs.
- Cooperate with the after-sales team to handle logistics matters such as customer exchanges and replacement of accessories.
- Temporary tasks assigned by other operations managers.
Qualifications
- Good communication in Thai, Chinese is a plus
- 1-3 years expecrience of logistics warehousing or supply chain related experience, with preference given to those with experience in small household appliances, electronic products, or cross-border e-commerce Warehouse Management.
- Familiar with commonly used service providers in Thailand's local logistics market.
- Proficient in using Warehouse Management System (WMS) or at least Excel for inventory management.
- Possess basic data analysis skills (such as producing shipping reports and logistics cost reconciliations).
- Meticulous, responsible, able to handle multiple tasks; possess the ability to negotiate and coordinate with local logistics providers.
