Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Planning: Direct, plan, and control amusement park operations to ensure maximum efficiency, profitability, and alignment with corporate goals.
Cross-Functional Team Management: Oversee all departments within the park, including Operations, Ride Control & Safety, Customer Service, Maintenance, and Entertainment/Activities.
Financial & Budgetary Control: Develop annual operational budgets, manage financial performance, and control operational costs without compromising safety or service standards.
Customer Insights & Experience: Analyze visitor data and guest feedback to continuously improve services, attractions, and guest experiences to meet market demands.
Marketing & Event Support: Plan and support marketing campaigns and special events to drive attendance and maximize revenue streams.
Talent Development & Service Excellence: Drive training and development programs for team members to foster a culture of service excellence and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Safety & Compliance Management: Ensure all facilities, rides, and operations strictly comply with national safety regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications
Age: 35 – 45 years old.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in amusement park management or large-scale entertainment/hospitality venue management.
Direct experience in Operations or Facility Management will be a distinct advantage.
Key Competencies & Skills:
Strong leadership capabilities with proven experience in managing large teams.
Excellent crisis management and high-pressure problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical skills and strategic planning capabilities.
Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and variable shifts in alignment with service industry demands.
Good command of English communication.
