Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and executing seamless onboarding programs for new hires.
Time Attendance & Benefits: Oversee time attendance records and coordinate employee benefits, including Social Security and other company-provided perks.
Manpower Planning: Design and manage staff duty rosters to align with business operational needs and ensure efficient manpower allocation.
Employee Relations: Provide professional consultation to employees regarding company regulations, disciplinary procedures, and labor rights/benefits.
Working Conditions:
Work Location: Yoyo Amusements Co., Ltd.
Days Off: 6 days per month (Shift-based; days off may not fall on Saturdays or Sundays).
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Political Science, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in HR functions (HR Generalist experience is preferred).
Knowledge: Solid understanding of Thai Labor Laws and relevant employment regulations.
Skills: Strong communication skills with a proven ability to handle immediate problem-solving.
Mindset: Ability to perform well under pressure, highly adaptable, and possesses a positive attitude towards the service industry.
