Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY:To establish and maintain systematic in-process quality control base on engineering knowledge and performing enforce of quality issue problem solving.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, facilitate and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) activity.
- Report, monitor and drive for improvement on SPC performance and SPC disciplinary
- Perform tracking of process and document changing.
- Ensure all process control requirement was identified properly and suitable with quality assurance resource and ensure all actual practice of process control have been well performed per requirement.
- Perform tracking and consolidate related In-process quality issue, action taken and result validation.
- Report In-process Inspection Acceptance rate and escalate when observing negative sign or not meet expectation level.
- Perform In-process capability summary and support all concerned team in term of analysis to solve the issue.
- Trouble shooting and problem solving for all concerned problems.
Qualifications
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any engineering field relates.
Skill Required:
- Computer skill, English command, Statistical analysis skill (SPC, Six sigma), Communication skill, Good attitude, Good Human Relationship and Flexible.
Experience: 0-4 years.
