Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY:

  1. Machine observation/buyoff and test dry run at vendor sit before shipping to company and install on production

  2. Review complete design package and BOM for replicate machine and 2nd source

RESPONSIBILITIES:

            Check machine at vendor site to make sure machine meets requirement before moving to MPT, control machine standardize 2nd source development, drawing and BOM review, confirm machine package, support manager assignment.


Qualifications

QUALIFICATION:
Education Required:

Bachelor/master's degree of mechanical/mechatronics or electrical engineering

Skill Requirement:

Automation mechanical design, geometric dimension or tolerance knowledge, Solidwors/AutoCAD program, pneumatic system, automation machine setup, electrical diagram reading knowledge on machine inspection (ME, EE, Programing)

Experience: > 5 years
