Component Sr. Design Engineer - บริษัท แมกเนคอมพ์ พรีซิชั่น เทคโนโลยี จำกัด (มหาชน)

JOB SUMMARY:

• Use mechanical design skills, material properties knowledge, and material processing knowledge to design components for disk drive suspensions. Work with suppliers on DFM, design and production of suspension components.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and follow testing procedures for components used in disk drive assembly.

• Lead the testing and qualification of the component.

• Collaborate with suppliers to achieve properties, tolerance, and quality of the component.

• Develop the component with suppliers for future design/requirements follow component roadmap.

• Participate in the failure analysis and give recommendations on correction of manufacturing and component performance problems.

• Coordinate and participate in FMEA, PFMEA for all new products.

QUALIFICATION:

Education Required:

• Bachelor of Master Degree in Engineering field.

Skill Required:

• Experience in suspension, preferred for HDD field.

• AutoCAD, SolidWorks

• GD&T and preferred for Tolerance stack up analysis

• Knowledge of statistical analysis methods, preferred for Six Sigma.

Experience:

• 5 - 10 years
