Process Engineering Assistant Manager - บริษัท แมกเนคอมพ์ พรีซิชั่น เทคโนโลยี จำกัด (มหาชน)

JOB SUMMARY:

·       Leader in charge of new product & mass production for process control, process capability, product performance & outgoing quality.

·       Leader & Co-ordinate to process improvement (Material yield, CTF & Cost reduction)

·       Define opportunities and define plans for process improvement & Cost reduction.

·       Deploy new processes and/or optimize processes to low-cost manufacturing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Co-ordinate with other departments to find out in process weakness cause & support quality issue in process to product ramp up.

·       Co-ordinate with production, tool & die, EQE, metrology and QA for process/product improvement.

·       Failure analysis following Six Sigma and Evaluate new technology for continuous process improvement.

·       Optimize product specification based on customer drawing and meet customer requirement.

·       To define and optimize internal product specifications to meet customer requirements.

·       Set up process control per CTQ of each product.

·       Improve and maintain process yield and material yield of each product.

·       Improve and maintain process capability to achieve Ppk target of each product.

·       Review daily process capability and product performance.

·       Improve and maintain LAR for both dimension and VMI at OQA.

·       Trouble shooting and problem solving for all concerned problems.

·       Support cost reduction project.

·       Managing & Training engineering team to support above, Include building strong engineering resource.

·       Develop Manufacturing Engineering System become Mfg engineering backbone for Reporting & performance monitoring.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Required: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering

Skill Required:

·       Computer skill, Statistical analysis skill (SPC, Six sigma & Lean)

·       Communication skill, good attitude, Good Human Relationship and Flexible.

·       English command & Strong in management.     

Experience: 9 years.
