Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY:
- Taking care the metrology equipment for both hardware /software and metrology tooling.
- Accomplish, timely correlation, calibration activity both internal and external.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up measuring program, tester following PCP, drawing and product requirement.
- Metrology machine maintenance/PM, calibration and correlation system.
- Fixture ordering, set up and design together with tooling design dept.
- Run correlation and GR&R to achieve customer specification for both in process and outgoing.
- Teach, instruct and communicate to, supervisor, technician and operator who work in font line base on related document.
- Improve metrology performance to achieve customer requirement.
- Create / Update the metrology document.
- Support Six Sigma, Lean, 5S project and ISO9001 system.
Qualifications
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in related Engineering field. (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, Computer, Instrumentation)
Skill Required:
- Good in English communication, writing.
- Good in computer, programming language.
Experience: 1-6 years.
