HR Project Senior Officer - บริษัท แมกเนคอมพ์ พรีซิชั่น เทคโนโลยี จำกัด (มหาชน)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project Support: Assist with the planning, implementation, and monitoring of HR projects. 
• Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other project-related documents. 
• Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions. 
• Communication: Communicate project updates to stakeholders and ensure timely information sharing. 
• Data Management: Maintain HR systems, track project milestones, and manage project data. 
• Problem Solving: Identify and address project challenges, ensure projects stay on track, and are aligned with the key objectives.
• Compliance: Ensure HR projects comply with relevant policies and regulations. 
• Process Improvement: Analyze and recommend improvements to HR processes and workflows. 
• Budget Management: Assist with managing project budgets and ensuring financial targets are met. 
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Training: Organize training programs for all employees, focusing on a performance-based approach, prepare learning material, training rooms set-up, and visual aids.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.

• Fluent in English communication, and strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with and manage cross-functional teams.

Experience:

• 7+ years of experience as an HR Project owner within the IT/Electronics industry.
