Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY:
- Manage Equipment Integration team to meet the department goals & targets.
- Submitted project proposals and Budgetary planning for management to make decision.
- Manage projects’ activities to ensure the completions be within the committed timeline.
- Ensure the development projects be transferred smoothly to the replication teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Study alternative solutions for future assembly processes to improve productivity.
- Define standard platforms of Equipment for future assembly processes.
- Prepare a project proposal, timeline & budgetary for management to make decisions.
- Select suppliers to do co-development projects.
- Participate in project design review.
- Planning and follow up activities to ensure the prototype machine or prototype process be
- demonstrated per committed scheduled.
- Prepare the transfer package.
- Ensure smooth transferring of the completed project to the replication teams.
Qualifications
Education Required:
- Bachelor degree or Master degree of Mechatronics Engineering.
Skill Required:
- Automation design, Machine design, AOI, AI.
- Communication skill, English command.
- Ability to write and assemble technical reports.
- Good attitude, Good Human relationship and Flexible.
- Knowledge on Microsoft office, CAD, Solid work, electronic system, Laser technology, Assembly & Setup skill.
- Statistical analysis skill (SPC, Six sigma, Lean manufacturing)
- Visual Basic, C#, PLC, Visio.
Experience: 5-10 Years.
