Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY:
- Responsible for supporting new products and mass production of automation machines. Provide new technology and solutions for machine vision, AOI and any related to AOI and image processing. Find out solution for any root cause of problem and discussion with team. Improve machines to maximize capability per KPI’s commitment plan and cost saving.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Machine vision new software and hardware technology study.
- Develop and provide solutions for AOI or machine vision task including software and hardware.
- Feasibility test for AOI or machine vision task including software and hardware.
- Create drawing and concept design for AOI or machine vision solution.
- Machine setup and process adjustments. Connecting and communication with machine.
- Setup spare part, calibration, and repair equipment to support H-line and Clean Line Machines.
- Training new engineers and technicians to push problem solving skills closer to the operation.
- Coordinate with related departments for any improvement projects.
Qualifications
Education Required: Bachelor or higher in any engineering filed or relates.
Skill Required:
- Communication skill, English command.
- Ability to write and assemble technical reports.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office, electronic system, test bench setup skills.
- Statistical analysis skills (SPC, Six sigma, Lean manufacturing)
- Visual Basic, C#, PLC, Visio.
Experience: 5-8 years.
