Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY:
- Technical advice for Production Metrology Engineer / Technician / any concern persons (internal and external customer) for Measurement, Machines and Fixtures.
- To Setup/Control Production Metrology Equipment to meet Target & Plan.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Setup and/or verify Production Metrology machines and equipment buyoff criteria and plan for any new machine and equipment.
- Technical support / advice / discuss / preparation all of Production Metrology Equipment’s, Measurement, Document for internal and external customer.
- Setup and/or control machines and equipment within lead-time target or lower.
- Technology Evaluation for Production Metrology.
- Prepare of technical report to supervisor for production metrology equipment.
- Define/Analyze/Measure/Improve/Control for Production Metrology Equipment (Continuous Improvement).
- Supervise (Review/Discuss/Setup/Control/Verify/lead-time) all of special require jobs which require from production metrology for both internal & external customer.
- Planning for resource, manpower, budget, fixture, metrology machines to support response area.
- Set up/Prepare any concern data/document of production metrology equipment.
- Support job assignment from superiors.
- ISO/TLS supporting
Qualifications
Education Required: Bachelor / Master’s degree in Technical Field. (EE, ME, Electronic, Computer, Instrumentation)
Skill Required:
- Excellence in writing/Speaking Englis.
- Excellence and/or skillful in production Metrology Equipment (programing and hardware)
- Very good knowledge of mechanical drawing.
Experience: 8 years.
