Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the freight forwarding sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Understand client logistics needs and propose suitable freight solutions
- Prepare and present quotations and service proposals to clients
- Negotiate contracts and terms of service
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry
- Understanding of freight forwarding processes and services across sea, air, and land transportation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- An existing client portfolio is a plus.
