Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective retailers, brands, and business operators for available retail spaces.
• Present leasing opportunities and conduct site visits with prospective tenants.
• Support rental and commercial term negotiations.
• Prepare leasing proposals and related documentation.
• Coordinate lease agreements with Legal, Finance, Building Management, and other relevant departments.
• Monitor lease expiry dates and coordinate lease renewals.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing tenants.
• Conduct market surveys on competitors, rental rates, retail trends, and potential tenants.
• Maintain updated records of vacant spaces, tenant information, and leasing activities.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Building Management teams to support tenant activities and mall events.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Leasing, Sales, Business Development, Retail, or a related field.
• Experience in a shopping mall, community mall, retail, or commercial property environment is an advantage.
• Good sales, negotiation, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good working command of English.

Candidates with Sales or Business Development experience who are interested in developing their career in Retail Leasing and Commercial Property are also welcome to apply.
