Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee daily retail operations to achieve sales and profitability targets
- Develop and implement sales and customer service strategies aligned with company policies
- Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and KPIs to improve operational efficiency
- Control operational costs and manage budgets effectively
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Lead, coach, and develop store managers and retail staff
- Monitor inventory management, replenishment, and stock turnover
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Logistics, and Purchasing
- Resolve operational issues and manage risks proactively
Qualifications
- Age 30 years and above
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail business, with team management experience
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel to upcountry branches (if required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
