Responsibilities
Responsibilities (Core Duties)
Accounts Receivable Management
Accounts Receivable Management
- Ensure customer invoices are processed accurately and on time.
- Outstanding receivables are effectively monitored to support timely collections.
- AR records support accurate financial reporting and credit control activities.
- Ensure local payments are processed accurately and within agreed payment terms.
- Payment transactions are supported by complete and compliant documentation.
- Vendor payment records are maintained accurately to support financial reporting.
- Ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded and supported by complete documentation.
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of accounting records within the accounting system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records to support reporting, audit, and operational requirements.
- Ensure finance data is properly maintained within the accounting system.
- Ensure compliance with company finance policies, accounting standards, and internal control requirements.
- Maintain complete and organized documentation to support audit and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 1–10 years of relevant experience.
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools
Core Competencies (Skill)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 1–10 years of relevant experience.
