Senior Executive, Logistics & HR - บริษัท มาฮา เคมิคัลส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

(Core Duties)

1.  Warehouse, Inventory & Sample Management

·     Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.

·     Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, reconciliation, and inventory control procedures.

·     Monitor warehouse capacity, space utilization, and material flow to maximize operational efficiency.

·     Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO practices and proper inventory management standards.

·     Maintain warehouse safety, housekeeping, and regulatory compliance requirements.

·     Manage sample inventory and coordinate sample requests based on sales requirements.

·     Manage Dangerous Goods registration and renewal of related contracts and documentation.

2.  Operational Coordination

·      Provide backup support for invoice creation, order processing, and related documentation to ensure business continuity.

·      Prepare, pack, and coordinate sample shipments for customers and suppliers in accordance with company requirements and timelines.

·      Maintain records in of sample requests.

3.  Human Resources Management

·     Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and employee orientation.

·     Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee competencies and career growth.

·     Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

4.  Leadership & Continuous Improvement

·      Lead and develop warehouse and administrative personnel to achieve departmental objectives.

·      Establish and monitor KPIs for warehouse operations and HR performance.

·      Collaborate with management to support business growth, workforce planning, and organizational development.

Ensure logistics activities comply with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements

·     Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience

·     Minimum 1-5 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, Human Resources, or Administration.

·     Experience in team supervision, operational coordination, and ERP system usage is preferred.

 

Knowledge / Skills

·     Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, HR administration, and labor regulations.

·     Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and Microsoft Office/ERP system skills.

·     Ability to work in a fast-paced and execution-focused environment.
