Service Engineer ( Industrial Pump ) / Rayong - บริษัท เดลต้า เอลเม็ก จำกัด

• Provide customer service support, provide sales team support, and coordinate with foreign supplier for the assigned products. 

•  Manage routine service job in workshop and on-site job, on-site installation, repair, maintenance and equipment test run tasks.

• Manage man-power, arranging sub-contractors, vehicles, tools and other inspection for S/D and T/A job.

• Field investigates, diagnose errors or technical problems to determine proper solutions and to make report to customer based on reliability. 

• Attend the meeting with the customers on technicals issues together with foreign supplier depend on assigned service job.

• Knowledge on repair and servicing Canned Pump, Metering Pump, Sundyne pump is preferred.

• Knowledge on Mechanical drawing reading and writing , Mechanical Precision measuring tools.

• Able to work in a team of flexible, Multi-skilled people and cooperate with other Department for the good result.

•  Good on document processing and computer skills, preparing reports in English.

• Perform other tasks as assigned.
